EVERYONE THINKS THEY'RE AN EXPERT. But do the PEOPLE agree?
Here's some fodder to help you decide. We pulled a bunch of "expert" breakdowns. Sometimes they seem right on. And sometimes it feels like a head scratcher.
We want to note a point for context -- It's HALLOWEEN. So when WE think scary, we think - what would you hate to watch (or be afraid to) at Halloween? It just doesn't feel like movies like Alien or Jaws fit in the same category as Exorcist, Shining or Chainsaw. Great movies. But Nobody watches those at Halloween.
So in fairness, some of these outside views you find aren't starting from our more enlightened POV. But their thinking is still fun to think about when you make your picks.
In the meantime, we'd like to have these people's bracket breakdowns. Let's see how right they end up being. We'll know soon.
